Course Overview

The Club Rep course is your first step to becoming a club rep overseas.  Contained within the course, you'll cover everything from conducting welcome meetings to dealing with paperwork whilst within resort.  The course covers all contents that the Tour Operators like you to know before attending their club rep interviews to help better prepare you for working as a club rep.  So if you are looking for a career as a Club Rep then this course provides the perfect stepping stone.

The great news is that you don't need any previous experience within the travel industry or qualifications to take this course.  We don't even set a minimum age, however, please be aware that the minimum age to become a club rep is currently 18.

As a Club Rep Course student you will have your own dedicated online course tutor and recruitment advisor on-hand, to help you with your course work or any questions/worries you may have about the recruitment procedure including how to complete applications, how to apply and how to stand out at your interview.

The course work that will be contained within your training will come in the form of online manuals, printable manuals and online videos.  There is around 20 hours worth of study material in total contained within the training.  Each module ends with an exam that is to be completed online, so you don't have to worry about attending any training venues or sitting in a stressful exam room, just complete it in your own time in the comfort of your own home.

Once your exams have been submitted they will be marked and a progress report will be updated to show each modules results.

There are 12 separate modules with a test at the end of each.  They are completed online and in your own time. Each exam will be marked by an assessor and your results will appear on your home page.

The study modules will give you a deeper knowledge of working as a club rep and it will also be much easier for you to complete the tour companies training course program once you are employed. It will also help you to decide if working as a club rep is for you.

Here you will be able to watch recruitment training videos. These videos will give you a the confidence you need when attending your club rep interviews. There are 27 training videos in total.
